A household Chemical Facility is also available for FREE disposal of residential chemicals from Taney County residents. Materials accepted includes, oil-based paints, kerosene, pesticides, herbicides, cleaners, spa chemicals, fluorescent tubes, sharps, etc. No Latex Paint. (Call for information on proper disposal.) For an appointment to drop off materials, call 337-8566.

O'Reilly Automotive stores take used car batteries and motor oil.
Tin, aluminum, glass and plastics are accepted at a recycling center located at the County maintenance facility in Forsyth.
